These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Soundbox mobile application and the website at soundbox.atozapps.in (together, the “Service”), provided by AtoZApps Private Limited (operating as “AtoZApps”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AI Soundbox is an informational tool that detects payment notifications from UPI and banking apps on your device and announces them aloud, and provides a payment history, analytics, a UPI QR code, and optional backup. AI Soundbox is not a bank, payment system, wallet, or financial institution, and it does not process, hold, or transfer money. All payments occur through your own UPI apps, banks, and payment providers.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You register using your phone number and a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@atozapps.in and we will review your request in good faith.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission; or (e) use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
AI Soundbox generates alerts from notifications produced by third-party apps. These notifications may be delayed, missing, duplicated, or incorrectly formatted, and the App may misread an amount or name. AI Soundbox therefore does not guarantee that every payment will be announced, or that announced details are accurate. Always verify the actual receipt of funds in your bank or UPI app before relying on an alert. We are not responsible for missed or incorrect alerts, or for any business or financial decision you make in reliance on them.
You are solely responsible for keeping your own timely backups of your data. AI Soundbox offers an optional Google Drive backup that you must switch on and keep up to date; your data is not backed up automatically unless you enable it. AtoZApps Private Limited does not guarantee the availability, integrity, or recoverability of any data — whether stored on your device or in a backup — and shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of data. Please maintain independent backups of anything important to you.
The Service works alongside third-party services (UPI apps, Google, our payment partner, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtoZApps Private Limited and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time and uninstall the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service, or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
